I reserve the right to decline any commission, for any reason, that I choose. Please refer to my Vgen for my expanded, full-scope Terms of Service.
PAYMENT
All payments are made through Vgen, and payments must be made before work is started. For commissions totaling $150 and above, payment plans may be considered, with 50% up front.Depending on your circumstances, I may be willing to work with you!! Please contact me via Vgen if you can't afford a commission. Reduced costs may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
DEADLINES
Deadlines are set by me on Vgen ; however, all forms will have an included option to give me a specific due date. If you request a specific date, there may be a rush charge, depending on the type of commission and amount of time needed. It is very unlikely I will accept rush jobs.Due to using the Vgen system, if I need to push a deadline out further, the client will be contacted by me first to communicate clearly. after that, I will place a request on vgen itself, which the client will need to approve.

REVISIONS
Please don't hesitate to ask for revisions as needed during the early phases! Revisions are unlimited during the sketch phase. Following the sketch phase, all revisions cost $5-$10 each, depending on the complexity. Design errors such as discolored eyes, missing features, et cetera, may not cost extra.Skeb-style commissions will not be revised, please be thorough in your request when placing them!
RIGHTS
My artwork may never be utilized for generative AI training. Users who have AI use on their profiles will be declined and blocked. There are no exceptions.You have the rights; to your original designs, and to utilize the artwork as you please. Please feel free to use commissions for icons, backgrounds, et cetera.Monetized content; may be used on any platforms with which you profit, such as Twitch, for advertising purposes.
