payment
ALL payments are in USD via vgen's paypal system.
payments must be made up front. payment plans are accepted for commissions starting at $150 and above, with at least 50% up front.
depending on circumstance, i may be willing to work with you for comms you can't afford!! please message me via vgen, email, or Bluesky if you need a payment plan or cannot afford a commission.
if a refund is required, you will only be refunded for whatever the agreed upon payment was that i have not completed. if you have already received a sketch, you will still be paying for that sketch, but not for any lining, coloring, or rendering that was paid for ahead of time.
rights
my artwork may never be claimed as your own. my artwork may never be used in any generative AI program, such as midjourney.
you have the rights ; to your original designs, and to utilize the artwork as you please. please feel free to use commissions for icons, backgrounds, et cetera.
monetized content ; may be used on any platforms with which you profit, such as twitch, for advertising purposes.
commercial use ; is on a case-by-case basis. please message me via vgen, email or bluesky for more information.
revisions
revisions are $10 per revision on finished commissions ; however, during the sample sketch period, the client may request as many adjustments as needed to capture the character correctly. please be mindful of any changes you'd like made, and don't hesitate to communicate clearly! i would much rather you receive artwork you enjoy. if a detail is wrong, or not how you envisioned, please let me know as soon as possible, so that finished work won't require revisions.
if the revision needed has to do with a design error of the character, i may be willing to adjust.
please be aware revisions are not available on Skeb-type comms. please be as thorough as possible when requesting a skeb.
deadlines
deadlines are set by me on vgen ; however, all forms will have an included option to give me a specific due date. if you request a specific date, there may be a rush charge, depending on the type of commission and amount of time needed. it is very unlikely i will accept rush jobs.
due to using the vgen system, if i need to push a deadline out further, the client will be contacted by me first to communicate clearly. after that, i will place a request on vgen itself, which the client will need to approve.

anything hateful, such as queen of spades, nazi iconography, or anti lgbtq content.
